Terms of service
Effective November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of TSG Network at network.solopreneurgroup.com (the "service"), run by The Solopreneur Group, LLC ("TSG", "we"). By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company or publication, you agree for it, and you confirm you're authorized to.
1. Your agreements with us come first
The service is where we carry out work under the agreements you sign with us, such as a Network Creator Agreement, a Sponsorship Agreement, Placement Orders, Engagement Orders and the Platform Terms you accept in the service. Those agreements set the commercial terms: fees, payment, rights in content, confidentiality and exclusivity. If they conflict with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are by invitation. We may decline or end an invitation at our discretion.
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at network@solopreneurgroup.com if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity under it.
- Information you give us should be accurate, including the performance numbers you report.
- Access tokens for connecting your own tools (such as a coding agent) act with your account's access. Treat them like passwords.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law or anyone's rights; to access data that isn't yours; to probe, scrape, overload or disrupt it; to upload malware; or to misrepresent who you are or the results of your work.
4. Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you upload: drafts, files, data and messages. You give TSG permission to host, process and display it to operate the service and to carry out our work together, including sharing it with the other party to that work as your agreements provide. Rights in published content are governed by your agreements, not by these terms.
5. Our service
The service, its software and its design belong to TSG. You may use it for your work with us while these terms apply. Features may change as we build the service.
6. Other services
The service relies on providers such as Google (if you sign in with it) and Mercury (payments). Your use of their products is governed by their own terms.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
8. Disclaimers
Except as your agreements with us say otherwise, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports and figures in the service come partly from third-party platforms, and we don't guarantee they're complete or exact.
9. Limitation of liability
Except as your agreements with us say otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, TSG isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the service, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of $100 and the amounts you paid TSG for the service itself (not for creator work) in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending access
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or your agreements, or if a relationship ends. Sections 4 (as to permission we need to keep records), 8, 9 and 11 survive.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have jurisdiction, unless your agreement with us names another forum.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for material changes we'll tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
